OFFICIAL LETTER 3210/LĐTBXH-LĐTL DATED 12 AUGUST 2015 OF MINISTRY OF LABOR- INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS IN GUIDANCE OF HOLIDAY SALARY FOR EMPLOYEES WORKING AT NIGHT
According to official letter 3210/LĐTBXH-LĐTL:
Working hours at night from 10:00 pm to 06:00 am of the next day. Holidays (fixed as regulations) that employees are off and keep original salary.
On basis of above regulations, employees working on shifts from 10:00pm to 06:00 am of the next day, employees are paid salary overtime on holidays from 00:00 am to 06:00 am under regulations of article 97 of Labor code
